/About The Project

Stamp by Joe Tohme is an agency specializing in architecture and interior design. I had the opportunity to design and launch their website as a personal project for the Framer Awards, completing the entire process in just one month. This project combined creativity, speed, and precision to deliver a website that reflects the agency's innovative approach while meeting the highest standards of design aesthetics.

The project was about migrating Visit Sweden design from Sketch to Figma and create a new comprehensive design system that meets industry standards. The end results were a high-quality component library and a well-built local style that helped the design team increase consistency and efficiency in the design process.

/Problem Statement

The existing website for Stamp by Joe Tohme was outdated and failed to effectively represent the agency's innovative work in architecture and interior design. Its design lacked modern aesthetics, and the user experience was not intuitive, leading to challenges in showcasing the agency's portfolio to potential clients.

Previously, the design for Visit Sweden existed in Sketch, but it lacked a comprehensive design system and style guide. This resulted in inconsistent design and a poor user experience. Additionally, the components used in the project did not meet current industry standards.

/Goal

The primary goal of the project was to transform the outdated website into a modern and visually captivating digital experience that reflects the agency's innovative approach to architecture and interior design.

/Approach and Key Ways of Working

To meet the project’s tight timeline and deliver a high-quality website, I adopted an efficient and streamlined approach. By leveraging Framer’s all-in-one platform, I wireframed, designed, and published the website seamlessly, ensuring quick iterations and consistency throughout the process.

I utilized advanced tools like ChatGPT and Claude.ai for code overrides, allowing me to enhance functionality and tackle technical challenges efficiently. Framer’s components system enabled me to build reusable design elements, ensuring consistency across the website while saving valuable time.

Additionally, I employed copy-and-paste effects, which proved to be a game-changer in accelerating the design process without compromising creativity or quality. This approach not only optimized my workflow but also allowed me to focus on the finer details that made the website stand out.
